2. Terms of Sale
We offer various payment options for your convenience, including T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and West Union. Please note that advance payment is required for all orders. Unfortunately, we do not accept C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) shipments.
In order to ensure a smooth transaction, we may need to obtain credit application or payment information. If we are unable to obtain this information after multiple attempts leading up to the planned ship date, the order may be subject to cancellation.
If you, as the customer, wish to cancel an order, we kindly request that you submit a written request via fax or email.
To streamline our operations, any items ordered below the min unit quantity or not in appropriate multiples will be adjusted to the next multiple. Please note that the min opening order amount is $5000.

3. Delivery Schedule
While we strive to initiate the delivery of our products as promptly as possible, we acknowledge that there may be unforeseen delays. The Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) provided is an approximation and is subject to change. We cannot guarantee that the products will be shipped by the estimated date. It is important to note that the EDT does not indicate the date of product arrival at your location, but rather the date when we dispatch the product from our facility to the address you have provided prior to our delivery notice.
To keep you informed, we will provide tracking information from our third-party couriers. However, please understand that this information is for reference purposes only and may be subject to updates based on actual and unpredictable circumstances. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the stated delivery schedule, if any.
In the event of a delay or failure to meet the expected shipment or arrival date, Usentek shall not be held liable for any resulting damages, unless otherwise stated in these Terms. We do not offer discounts, refunds, or credits for such delays unless explicitly mentioned. Rest assured, we will provide you with regular updates regarding the status of your delivery schedule.
